Speaking at a meeting:
Parish Council Meetings are meetings of the Parish Councillors. They are not meetings of the Public and so the public are not entitled to speak unless specifically invited to do so by the Chairman presiding. At such times, the meeting will be adjourned or considered to be adjourned for minute recording purposes.
Annual Parish Meetings or Special Meetings called for a specific purpose are meetings of the Public. At these times the Public may speak under the direction of the Chairman presiding.

THE NEXT MEETING IS PLANNED FOR MONDAY 4th November 2024
